No, unfortunately we do not allow returns or exchanges of worn items. Please make sure once received that the item has been tried on the confirm the correct fit before exercising in it.

Shipping times are variable. Once we receive the original item we will process within 1 business day and send the exchanged item out. Exchanges are not sent out until the original item is back and checked into our warehouse.

The band should feel snug but not overly constricting. Once on, if you have the right fit, you shouldn’t feel it at all. Hence the name Naked.

This is a personal preference. Some people like to wear the
band on their upper waist, around the middle, whereas others wear it further
down closer to the hip. Wherever feels most comfortable. Make sure to measure
where you plan to wear it!

The Original Band holds 2+ liters of capacity. 3 x 500ml Soft Flasks. Many gels, phone etc.

No, our SL Band only holds a 360ML Soft Flask.

The loops on the back of our Original and HC bands are for either poles or a layer of clothing rolled up so you don’t need to hold it.

No, you can wear the band anyway you want that suits your needs. If you like the pocket flat against the front you can twist it to accommodate flasks or phone.
