Products We take back
We have quite a strict policy on what we allow to be returned or exchanged so when we do, our returned products are almost always in a like-new condition. Some products make it directly back into our inventory but the ones that don’t go through a rigorous process to clean and sanitize.
sanitizing process
Utilizing our brand partner, Nonaste, the first step in the process is a full saturation of the Nonaste Odor Eliminating Spray. These will sit overnight and will be followed up with a 50 minute wash cycling using the Nonaste High Performance Laundry Detergent in the Pure Clean unscented version. The final step in the process is the products will go into a UV-C sanitizing cabinet. There, the products will undergo a full treatment to kill any lingering bacteria.

After its refresh, we make it available for purchase online all while lowering the footprint of waste. Colors and sizes are limited, always keep checking our inventory for new items.
