It is not only important that you feel confident in your purchase but that you trust that our customer service specialists will take care of you.

Naked offers a limited warranty on all products, which covers all non-conformance with manufacturing or materials specifications. Only products purchased from an authorized Naked retailer or Nakedsportsinnovations.com are protected by our limited warranty.

Items we deem to be defective can only be returned or replaced within the first ninety (90) days from original purchase date. To initiate a claim please provide the following:

-Proof of original purchase

-Photos of damage or defective areas

-Photos of Quality Control tags from inside of product

Normal Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear will be taken into consideration when assessing any warranty claim. Our products are designed and manufactured to be worn in all types of conditions but signs of age, wear and tear, are normal and will appear over time. Naked products are designed and manufactured to be used in potentially harsh conditions however normal wear and tear is to be expected and this will not be considered a warranty claim.
