Return Window
Items purchased from nakedsportsinnovations.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or the same replacement item in another size. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.  

Item Condition
For safety and health reasons all items must be brand new, unused condition, with the original packaging and all tags intact. Our soft flask bite valves must have protective shrink wrap still intact. Items that are sent back in used or an unacceptable condition will not be refunded, and will not be sent back to the customer.  

Exchanges
To perform an exchange, please initiate a return using the returns link above. Then please email customerservice@nakedrunningband.com for an exchange form and further instructions on how to choose your replacement item. 

Return + Exchange Timeline
Please allow 7-14 business days for your return package to arrive at our warehouse after dropping it off with the carrier. Once your return package arrives it will take up to 3 business days to process your refund or send your exchange form. You will receive an email confirming that the processing has been completed. 

Return Refund
Original order shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take up to 10 business days from the processing date for the refund to post it to your bank account. Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Naked® Sports Innovations will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.

Possible Delays
Some shipping carriers may be experiencing delays causing return packages to not reach our warehouse within the typical 5-10 day timeframe. Please follow your return tracking number for details.
