 All returns and exchanges within the US are free, and can be initiated via the link for our returns portal below.

Refunds will not be honored via this portal if your order was placed outside of the United States. 




Return / Exchange Window
Items purchased from can be returned or exchanged for free via our returns /exchange portal within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, credit, or a replacement of item in a different size or an alternative item. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.  

Item Condition
For safety and health reasons all items must be brand new, unused condition, with the original packaging and all tags intact. Our soft flask bite valves must have protective shrink wrap still intact. Items that are sent back in used or an unacceptable condition will not be refunded or exchanged, and will not be sent back to the customer.  

Exchanges are easy and free. To perform an exchange, please visit our returns/exchange portal. Then please follow the on-screen prompts for further instructions on how to choose a replacement item and generate a shipping label. The customer will have 7 days to drop off at any carrier location with the provided shipping label.  

IMPORTANT: Shipping Labels + Return Instructions
The mailing label that is generated within Loop is calculated so that the item is sent back to us via ONLY USPS First Class Mail. It must be sent back via USPS First Class mail, preferably in its original packaging or equivalent.

If it is sent back in another manner, such as Priority Mail or Expedited, the sender will be responsible for this additional charge, and we will charge the difference to the card on file. 

Return + Exchange Timeline
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return package to arrive at our warehouse after dropping it off with the carrier. You can check this process via the tracking number on your return label. Once your returned package arrives to us, please allow for up to 5 business days for our team to review and process your return before your resolution is issued. You’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete.

Return Refund
Original order shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take up to 10 business days from the processing date for the refund to post it to your bank account. Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Naked® Sports Innovations will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.

Possible Delays
Some shipping carriers may be experiencing delays causing return packages to not reach our warehouse within the typical 5-10 day timeframe. Please follow your return tracking number for details.
