RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICIES
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and best possible customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange please follow the guidelines below.

Please note, when receiving your item, we recommend trying it on and filling it with the items you will be using on your run.

For hygienic purposes and to ensure the best fit, please try items on over the clothing you will be wearing while exercising. Do not try items on bare skin.

Wear the item around the house, jump up and down and if nothing jostles, moves or bounces, you have selected the correct size! If in doubt send us an email to customerservice@nakedrunningband.com.
Once bands have been worn for exercise they cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased at nakedsportsinnovations.com may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after the original purchase date for a full refund, credits or different item.
- Sale Items purchased on Naked Outlet are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Exceptions are made in the event that an item arrives damaged, or the wrong item is shipped. In these instances, please contact us for assistance.
- For safety and health reasons all items must be brand new, unused condition, with the original packaging and all tags intact. Our soft flask bite valves must have protective shrink wrap still intact. If any of these items are returned in an unacceptable condition for refund, refunds will not be honored, and the item will not be returned.
- Items purchased anywhere except nakedsportsinnovations.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
