Domestic Shipping: Domestic Shipping is handled by USPS and UPS depending on the customers needs and are charged above the price of goods sold. For a limited time, we are offering Free Shipping for Domestic customers only via USPS First Class Mail only.
International Shipping: Global shipping is handled by UPS and is calculated by weight and charged to customers over and above the price of goods sold. We also ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) however this shipping method is known to be unreliable and not the shipping method of choice for Naked Sports Innovations, Inc. Naked Sports Innovations, Inc. cannot guarantee any shipments shipped via USPS. USPS does not provide insurance for shipments.
*Note that customs and duties may apply and vary depending on location and country and that they are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot determine the cost of these duties and taxes so please be sure you check with your countries import laws.
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and best possible customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange for a different size simply return it in brand new, unused condition, with the original packaging and all tags intact. For hygienic reasons our soft flask bite valves must have protective shrink wrap still intact.
Customers are responsible for all costs relating to the shipment of a product to Naked® Sports Innovations. Naked® Sports Innovations will then cover the return shipping costs. Please select a guaranteed delivery service that provides parcel tracking information, insurance and proof of delivery. Naked® Sports Innovations is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping and cannot replace parcels lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
For a full refund or exchange products must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. Simply refer to the packing slip provided with your order for return instructions.
To return or exchange a product due to a manufacturer defect please email us at email@example.com to file a claim and receive your RA number. In your correspondence please provide your order number and information. Prior to issuing your RA number we may request additional information including photos of damage.
