FLASK CARE
Before using, make sure to not cross thread cap while screwing on or over tighten cap. For best results, hand wash the flasks and tube kits with mild detergent in warm water prior to using for the first and do the same thing before each use. Do not wash in dishwasher. It's a good idea to occasionally lubricate the cap and flask threads with with small amount of Beeswax, Silicone or Glycerin based lubricants; be sure to wipe excess. When not in use keep cap loosely tightened on flask. If over time you notice your flask "yellowing" this is normal due to the materials used to make the flask flexible. Because this material is somewhat porous it can absorb elements that may be in tap drinking water and sports drinks' ingredients. This is normal and is certainly not unhealthy or dangerous. We recommend using Bottle Bright and following their instructions to renew and restore.

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and best possible customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange please follow the guidelines below.
• Items purchased at nakedsportsinnovations.com or nakedsportsinnovations.eu may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after the original purchase date for a full refund.
• For safety and health reasons all items must be brand new, unused condition, with the original packaging and all tags intact. Our soft flask bite valves must have protective shrink wrap still intact. If any of these items are returned in an unacceptable condition for refund, refunds will not be honored, and the item will not be returned.
• Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
Items purchased anywhere except nakedsportsinnovations.com or nakedsportsinnovations.eu must be returned to the original place of purchase.
