First run Naked, well, the sun was out. But did have your waist band, and shorts and sandals. Poles, two 500ml soft flasks, snake bandage, first aid kit, car keys, phone. All went in no problem and with room for jells or other stuff if I wanted. It simply does what you say, no bounce, just forgot it’s there. Not sure if I could’ve put anything in the rear pocket, with the poles across the back. For a 20k run nothing more was needed anyway. I can see it being very handy when using a vest, allows so many options combining the two. Thank you for this.
