awesome product, especially if you do not enjoy wearing a water pack for longer runs. Definitely wears a little small, so order up several sizes (that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars).

This belt is a big upgrade from my last belt. It holds more, things are easier to access AND its more comfortable. If you like to run with a belt (vs hand held water, vest, etc), THIS is the belt to try!

Tried this out after a friend used it on the Pemi Loop. Has great loops for carrying trekking poles (folded up). I did a 14 miler with it and carried my phone and a 500 mL collapseable water bottle. Worked very well, stayed in place, but you have to decide where you are going to wear it, on the hips or on your waste. I have a 30 waste, but I bot the 32 because I like wearing it lower, that worked well.
